April 1, 2020 seems like a really long time ago. A lot has happened since then and there have been many changes for all of us.  There have been a lot of changes here for us as well.  On April 1, 2020 – Len officially stepped down as owner of CF Services Group and I stepped into that role.  Len is still with the firm and now runs a satellite office in Florida for much of the year.  Len’s leadership and guidance over the last 40 years have put us in a great position to continue to serve you and our community.

Of course, with new ownership and leadership, some changes are inevitable.  Our goal is that any changes we make are always ultimately in your best interest.  Whether it be new software or a new internal process – it will always be implemented to improve the service we provide you.  So, I’d like to introduce you to… Southgate Financial Services

I wanted a brand with a story – a personal story.  So, here’s my story.

Southgate is the name of the street I grew up on and of the neighborhood built around it.  My parents moved there when I was six months old – and still live in that house!  I have many fond memories of that house: playing catch with my dad in the yard, helping my mom in her garden, playing on the trampoline with my siblings.  Southgate to me means FAMILY.

I also remember the friends and families that lived in the neighborhood.  I met my childhood best friend when we were just 3 years old in that neighborhood and made many other friends over the years.  The families in the neighborhood looked after all of us.  We were a very tight-knit community.  Southgate means COMMUNITY.

So, when I think of Southgate, I think of family and community – and that’s what I hope we can be for you.  We consider you to be members of our family.  What’s more – we hope to build and foster a sense of community.

We hope to live up to the foundational values that have guided us over the last 40 years.  Our vision for the future is renewed and embodied in our new mantra: Do Good – Do Well – Do More

We believe that doing good and doing well are not mutually exclusive.  We can do both!  Doing good and doing well allows us to do more – for you, your family and your community.
